We are looking for an experienced freelancer to transcribe a Dutch-language meeting of approximately 85 minutes. The conversation includes Limburg and Brabant regional accents and must be transcribed verbatim. This means every word, including filler words, false starts, repetitions, and interruptions, must be transcribed exactly as spoken. No summaries or interpretations are allowed. The transcription is intended for legal use, so accuracy, completeness, and objectivity are essential. There are four participants in the conversation. Each speaker change must be clearly marked with a timestamp and a consistent speaker label (e.g., Speaker 1, Speaker 2, etc.). Understanding of and experience with Dutch regional accents—specifically Limburg and Brabant—is required. The final transcript must be delivered as an editable .docx file, with a clear and consistent layout. Confidentiality is crucial. A signed Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) will be required before we can share the audio recording. Please provide a fixed-price quote for the complete project, along with information about your relevant experience with similar transcription work.
