English to Gujarati Translation of an Annual Report

Job Description:
We are making an annual report for a non profit organisation which is focused towards a community known as memons residing in the city of Bangalore. The annual report for years has been written and published in English. But since most of our readers prefer Gujarati considering it to be their origin, we want to translate and publish in Gujarati as well.
Here's what I need:
- translate the entire English text to Gujarati
- the expected content is between 10,000-12,500 words.
- need the word length to be as close as possible to the one in English to maintain consistency as the design of the report will stay the same irrespective of the language.
- will need the entire translation done in 2 to 3 days.
I have attached a few articles that will be published in the annual report for your reference and to get an idea of the matter.
Need to ensure that the meaning and essense of the article stays the same.
