English to Spanish MTPE project - 250,000 words/week for 1 year

Needs to hire 20 Freelancers We are currently looking for English to Universal Spanish translators for a large long-term upcoming MTPE (machine translation post editing) project for a major client. The expected volume is approx. 250,000 words per week for a period of 1 year. The ideal candidate would have translation or proofreading experience and would be available during workdays in the Asia Pacific time zone, as well as on weekends and public holidays. The tasks will come in 500-words batches and you will be able to take as many of these as you can manage - however the delivery should always be within 4 hours of receipt. We would also ask you to pass a short multiple choice test free of charge. Do you have linguistic education? If not, what is your education? 3. What is your translation or proofreading experience? 4. How many words would you be able to translate on weekdays, Asia-Pacific time zone? 5. Would you be available on weekends and on public holidays? If so, how many words would you be able to translate per day in these periods? 6. What hours will you be available for work? Important: Please note down the time zone (e.g. I will be available from 9 AM until 6 PM GMT+8). 7. Would you agree to take a multiple choice test free of charge? 8. Would you agree to $0.03 per new source word? (sentences that are edited 50% or more will be charged as new words, the rest will be considered fuzzy matches; we will provide more information after you pass the test and sign our contract) Would you also agree to 15$ hourly rate for machine translation evaluation with expected speed of 1200 reviewed words/hour? 9.
