Day to day, you’ll translate technical documentation, polish marketing copy so it resonates culturally, and step in on live or ticket-based customer inquiries to make sure every question is answered with native-level tone and accuracy. Your work will help our globally distributed team collaborate smoothly and give our customers the confidence that we understand them. You’ll handle everything from short product descriptions to longer knowledge-base articles, then shift gears to draft or refine customer-facing replies. Consistency, cultural sensitivity, and prompt turnaround matter more than literal word-for-word renderings. Deliverables • Translated technical documents, delivered in their original layout or agreed template • Localized marketing materials ready for publication (web, email, or print) • Customer support responses (pre-written macros or ad-hoc tickets) that mirror our brand voice • Brief weekly summary of completed tasks and any terminology decisions for future reference I already have English source files and support guidelines prepared. All work will happen in shared Google Docs and our help-desk platform, so familiarity with cloud collaboration tools is a plus.
