My one concern with this project would be if the person of interest is in the USA it shouldn't be difficult to find satisfactory information, but if they are outside of the US, then finding accurate and updated information may be more difficult. I would ask for more specific details on the person of interest and their origin, as well as if there is something specific that you are looking for. The more specific and detailed the search the better and more accurate the results.
