Researching a Chinese Packaged Food company. The task will involve calling company sales people, calling retailers, using shopping apps and visiting retailers. You will be provided with a background of the company and its products. The key skills are good communication skills (verbal – Mandarin essential, written -English) and comfortable talking on the phone You will need access to a computer and a smart phone (Android or iphone). Ideally you will have a phone plan with calls within China included. Outputs: screen shots, written feedback of conversations/observations and photos from store visits. The length of the task will depend upon your location. It would likely be atleast 10 hours work. This would be divided between making calls and using apps, then spending a day visiting stores. The hours are flexible and the task does not need to be completed in 1 or 2 days. However, it would make sense to spend a whole day (can be on the weekend) doing the store visits. I am looking for people from large cities in Guangdong or Fujian provinces. Could you please state the city (and suburb) and province you are from. This will be useful in knowing which retailers you would be able to visit. Please state whether you have access to transport. Either Car, Motorbike or public transport would work. I will cover public transport costs. We will need to negotiate the costs for car/motorbike.
