Thai & Vietnamese F&B Interviews

I need two bilingual professionals—one Thai-English and one Vietnamese-English—who can jump in quickly to help me map the F&B landscape in both countries. Starting the second week of May, you will identify the right contacts, secure interview slots, run the calls, and then turn each discussion into crisp English notes that highlight the main insights. What the work looks like • 6–8 expert interviews per market with manufacturers, distributors, or other relevant stakeholders • Full ownership of logistics: sourcing names, cold-calling or emailing, confirming time slots, and sending reminders • Live moderation of each call (phone or Zoom) in the local language, keeping the conversation on point • Delivery of a concise English summary capturing facts, quotes, and take-aways Acceptance criteria • Notes written in clear, natural English, structured by theme, and free of machine translation artefacts • A short synthesis deck or document that strings the insights together once all interviews are wrapped up If you have handled similar primary research projects, please let me know: – Your relevant experience, especially in F&B or B2B markets – Languages you speak fluently – A couple of example assignments or clients – Your rate structure (per interview or day) – Your availability from the second week of May onward I am ready to choose quickly, so the sooner you can respond, the better.
