So, my question is what kind of product are you dealing with. I think your company slogan is important to make brand name in Japanese with your philosophy. However, there has to be more space between the city and the bottom of the tails of the mermaids in order to write it in vertical hiragana (if you want to preserve the original logo idea, of course) Also another suggestion: maybe it would look more natural in kanji instead of hiragana
