Hello, 1) The expired credit card is renewed automatically and is being sent to your local address which is registered in the bank from before. If it is not delivered for any reason then it goes back to the bank and stays there for few months, and if no one come to receive it from the bank then the bank destroys it. 2) "Meeza debit card" ... the power of attorney has to be made personally inside the bank (you have to be in the bank in person to activate the power of attorney).
