Infinite Unity terrain with ability to change biomes with code

Hi, I am working on a new Unity project for an exhibition. I need a procedural "infinite" terrain in Unity3D that is randomly generated (different throughout its generation). Also, I need to switch between environments or biomes at runtime. I would like there to be a blend between the different environments when they switch. I need to be able to easily trigger the different terrain changes with C#. I have attached a brief for for specifics and the look I want. I think some of the environments in the brief can be combined. For instance, a snow/dirt/lava/rock splat map can be controlled with script that fades between them and used in a mountain or plain scene. I think it might be possible to algorithmically generate the terrain maps to blend between them. I am not sure how to do this so I am up for workarounds to simplify this process. Please let me know if this is something you can do and how much it will cost. The budget may be flexible. Thank you.
