Commercial Video Production Manager Needed

I’m gearing up to shoot a commercial spot and I’m looking for a seasoned production manager who can guide the entire process from early prep through wrap. This is a film/video production specifically for advertising, so I need someone comfortable balancing creative demands with the logistics, paperwork, and cost control a brand-driven shoot requires. Timing is flexible—there’s no hard deadline—so the emphasis is on getting every detail right rather than rushing. You’ll take ownership of budgeting, scheduling, crew coordination, location permits, insurance, call sheets, and on-set problem solving. Experience with tools such as Movie Magic Scheduling, Movie Magic Budgeting, Google Workspace, and cloud-based file-sharing will be helpful, but I’m open to any proven system that keeps the team aligned and the numbers clear.
