I need a videographer—or a small, self-contained crew—who can step in next week to capture three short stories for an award initiative. Each story will be built around a brief, formal and professional interview, followed by the award moment itself and a quick posed photo. I already have the three locations confirmed; what I’m missing is someone who can both handle the shoot and liaise with each organization to lock in exact times. Here’s what I’m asking you to cover: • Pre-shoot coordination: contact my three site leads, confirm a workable schedule, and make sure any on-site requirements (security, parking, room setup) are cleared in advance. • Production day at each site: – Set up lights, mics, and camera for a clean, business-grade look. – Record the interview (roughly 3–5 minutes of talking points). – Capture the award hand-over in a single, uninterrupted shot. – Take one high-resolution still photograph of the recipients. • Quick hand-off: deliver edited video material and the photo files for each location within 2 days.
