Remove Constant Speck From 1080p Video

I have a 1080p video that runs for five minutes, and throughout the entire clip a tiny white speck sits on the subject’s jacket. I need that distraction removed cleanly so the jacket looks completely natural from first frame to last. She doesn't move too much, but it's not totally static. Please work on a duplicate of the original file, keep the frame size and frame rate exactly as they are, and deliver a seamlessly retouched master in the same quality (MP4 H.264 or ProRes is fine). Advanced masking, motion tracking or frame-by-frame paint-out in After Effects, DaVinci Resolve or similar software will almost certainly be required; whatever method you choose, the result must hold up to close inspection with no visible artifacts, color shifts or warping. Send back the final render along with the working project file in case I need to revisit any tweaks later.
