Project Overview I am setting up a professional recording studio for High-Quality Online Teaching and future YouTube Live streaming. I am located in North Kolkata. I am procuring all the hardware myself; I need a technical consultant to physically visit my location to handle the software integration, professional calibration, and workflow setup. Scope of Work Pre-Visit Hardware Audit: A 15-minute video call to review my current hardware. You must suggest any missing essential items (cables, dummy batteries, capture cards) and provide local market (Chandni Chowk) or Amazon links. Software Configuration: Complete setup of OBS Studio or vMix. Optimization of output settings for 1080p/4K recording and YouTube Live (bitrates, encoders, Hybrid MP4 format). Audio Calibration: Setting up the Audio Interface/Mic. Applying filters (Noise Gate, Compressor, EQ) to ensure "studio-quality" crisp sound for lectures. Visual Setup: Calibrating camera settings (ISO, Aperture, White Balance) and 2 or 3-point lighting to ensure a professional look with no shadows or grain. Scene Creation: Setting up "Teaching Scenes" (e.g., Full Face, Screen + Face Overlay, Welcome/Outro screens). Deliverables & Terms Physical Visit: This is an on-site job in North Kolkata. One-Time Setup Fee: This is a fixed-price project for the initial setup. Support Guarantee: One follow-up visit (if required) must be included if the initial settings fail to function as demonstrated during the handover. Training: A 30-minute walkthrough on how I can start/stop recordings and switch scenes independently. Settings Cheat Sheet: A simple PDF or note listing the key settings used (in case of a software reset). Requirements Must be based in Kolkata (North Kolkata preferred for ease of travel). Proven experience in setting up YouTube or Educational studios. Deep knowledge of OBS Studio, audio interfaces, and lighting.
