The underlying objective is to strengthen client relationships by giving the meeting a warmer, more personable atmosphere. Key details • Call length: typically 15 – 45 minutes • Role: join the video link on time, camera on, maintain a professional appearance, stay until I end the call. • Frequency: flexible; I will confirm the schedule at least 24 hours in advance.
