Hi, For assessment recordings the biggest risk isn’t framing — it’s losing usable footage because of exposure shifts, focus hunting, or unclear trainer audio during a continuous take. I’d set a fixed outdoor camera position covering the full semicircle and individual practice area, lock exposure/focus to avoid pulsing, and run a dedicated mic on you so your instructions stay clear even with distance and dogs moving around.
