Realistic Lip-Sync Memorial Video

I am finishing an unfinished dream: a short, heartfelt music video for a chorus written and performed by a Jamaican-Indian friend who was paralysed and sadly passed away last year. You will receive his recorded vocal track and a clear photo of him; your task is to bring him back to life on screen to tell his story with what hes suffered. The concept is simple and intimate—just 30 seconds of him sitting on the edge of his bed in a dimly lit room, filmed in a cool, somber, dark palette. The shot should feel realistic, as if captured with a single, steady camera: gentle breathing, subtle head movement, and, most importantly, accurate lip-sync to his chorus. Because the song repeats, I’ll loop this clip for the full song length once the master shot is perfect. The song is called 'Dusk til dawn' We will need the tittle of the song on the video at the beginning. At the end will be a picture of the guy saying 'RIP our good friend, Billy Lawrence, with dates displayed of Birth and death.
