Small sales company located in the Heights area seeking a highly motivated administrative assistant. Must have excellent computer skills and be able to learn industry software. Must be organized and detail oriented. Must be able to multi-task as needed. Daily Duties: Enter sales orders. Answer phones. Filing Pack small items for daily UPS shipments. Keep inventory organized in small warehouse. Office Hours: 9 - 5. References Required.
