I am applying for this position because I have relevant experience working with eCommerce companies. I have worked as an eCommerce Operations Help Desk for almost 7 months, I am exposed answering bulk inquiries through Facebook, email, live chat, chatbot and process online application. I have been used to dealing with customers. I always ensure that every customer is satisfied at the end of the interaction. I am also familiar with order fulfilment, Product Listing and managing tracking numbers /orders of customers. I am also used to doing different tasks related to eCommerce and Customer Support like account notation, customer follow-ups, outbound reach out, daily, weekly, and monthly reporting and many more.
I am a detailed-oriented person, organized, competitive, resilient and can communicate in the English language. I am familiar with using different CRMs or Software like social media, Microsoft Office, Excel, and Google Drive tools. This makes me a tech-savvy person. I may not know how to use the tools you’re using in the business, but I believe I can learn how to use them the same way I have figured out how to use the tools I mentioned.
