Hi I am looking for a remote admin asst to help me with the below task , but not limited to : 1) Create / Edit documents ( Ms Word related ) 2) Create/ Edit Ms Excel related work 3) Editing PDF doc 4) Graphic Design 5) Preparing Quotation 6) Drafting emails. 7) Preparing Job Descriptions 8) Social Media Assistance 7) Research on Google 8) Develop content/articles Since this is going to be hourly basis, to be fair to me below are roughly the KPI to measure I had a bad experience earlier where a freelancer took 4,5 hours to edit a power point template. Also, the communication time and also say your work has error/ needs rework those time spent cannot be billed. 1) Create a job application / any type of form Ms Word ( 20 minutes ) 2) A standard graphic design - poster or something ( 30 minutes ) 3) Social Media posting ( 10 minutes each media ) 4) Drafting an email ( 15 minutes ) 5) Editing a PDF doc with a logo or changing content ( 15 minutes) 6) If you are good at using any CRM tools will be advantageous We shall agree on the time needed to complete before starting any assignment. I am looking at USD 10 for 6 hours engagement. You are expected to be available often, answer my messages and have good internet otherwise difficult to accomplish task .Thank You
