Conduct light executive assistant duties for 4 owners geographically dispersed across many time zones (Auburn, CA, Colorado Springs, CO, Grand Rapids, MI, Washington DC and Ljubljana, Slovenia)
Provide support to Owners and Customers:
-- Create and distribute communications, presentations & participant materials for Company Programs and consulting services (ZOHO Campaign, Microsoft for Mac PowerPoint & Word)
-- Coordinate Program logistics (travel, program venues)
-- Provide customer service to client support staff, Program participants and Members (via videoconference, phone and email)
-- Manage Program registration, payment and internal/external communications (ZOHO Campaigns, Squarespace, Universe, Stripe)
-- Execute and manage client contracts.
-- Maintain and mature Company systems and processes as we grow.

Triage company inquiries coming through VoIP, email and websites
