Create Template For Box from Current Brand Concept

We have a product created that needs a box design done for it. We already have the exact 2-d prototype designed in pdf format.? We do not need any changes to design, or logos, or color, however we need to convert this design onto the illustrator file template provided by the box manufacturer.? We need to expand the design concept of the protype provided but will probably be just some small things like the logo repeated on different panels.. as most of the other panels will need mostly text. We will also need to add additional content to certain panels of the box like the supplment facts that I will provide We only have the pdf to work from, however you should be able to open in illustrator to provide illustrator final template. I have provided: The box template that will need our current design put onto it so it can be printed in high resolution by the manufacturer, file needs to be Illustrator file. Please note: on the box template provided, the very top of the box are 4 squares that will actually fold down.? these can just be the gray color.. the main design only goes on the main 4 panels in middle of box. The file PerfectHeartHealth_ConceptA? is the design we want for the box template... and just need to take the design that is on the bottom of that page the front panel. and then make the rest of the panels match.. which would just be all gray.. with some subtle features like the logo smaller on a nother panel.? ? the other panels will have a lot of text on them.. so it wont be important to have too many design features. I've also attached a competitors box as another example so you can see how it will look when it's complete. ## Deliverables From the P erfect Wate r Label attached take the Nutrient Facts and Ingredients and all the information in that panel like the bar code and logo.. CA CASH REFUND etc.. to be placed on one of the panels on the box. the info from the right panel of the label needs to go on another of the panels of the box. The rest of the logo and design is on the pdf prototype of the box provided. attached is a file called: tericon_register3 004 which is another competitors product box, which I flattened out so you can see an example of how they layed it out.? but I think the bar code and ingredients should be on far back of box.. but do what you think is best. I also attached an image of the box when it's folded up completely.? As you can see from our pdf prototype with Perfect Heart Health on it, this is a realistic version of our competitor. I have an .ai file that has similar design features to the pdf? I have attached as the main concept to use for the box.? but do not have the .ai for the perfect health template.
