Install macOS Tahoe VM

I’m running Windows 11 (fully updated) and need a clean, fully-functional macOS 26 Tahoe virtual machine set up inside VMware Workstation. The VM must boot reliably, support screen resolution scaling, USB passthrough and networking, and include Apple ID sign-in so that I can pull macOS updates as they appear. Because I’ll be using this image mainly for testing and debugging, I also need the standard development stack (Xcode, Command Line Tools, Homebrew) ready to go the first time I log in. Nothing else beyond that is required. Deliverables • A VMware-compatible VM (OVF/VMX + VMDK) or a guided remote setup that leaves me with the finished image on my PC. • macOS 26 Tahoe running smoothly, with Xcode launching without errors. • Written steps or a short screen-recorded walk-through so I can recreate the environment later if needed. I have a fixed budget of ₹800 for the entire task, so please propose the most time-efficient route—whether that’s transferring a pre-built image or walking me through the installation in a single live session. Once the VM passes a quick compile-and-run test inside Xcode I’ll release payment immediately.
