Narrate some books and make audiobooks

I would be great for this project as I have recorded audio books before... just wondering if you are trying to put this on ACX or Amazon as they have very strict guidelines regarding the recording of audio books or if its for personal use or a different website. Howdy! I'm a seasoned VO actor (over a decade of professional experience) working in a professional studio. If you're publishing through ACX, I'm very familiar with the requirements and can assure you that my files won't be rejected because of technical specs. To hear samples of some of my published audiobook work, find me on Audible by searching for Joshua Nicholson. I've narrated fiction and nonfiction titles alike, such as "Sophistication," "Dead Weight," and "Peace, War, and Liberty: Understanding U.S. Foreign Policy." You can hear more of my stuff in the new app Bound on which I narrated and produced "Purgatorio" and "The D.O.D.O. Files." What is the word count of your book? The average read is about 9,500 words per hour. I charge $400 per finished hour (including partial hours). This includes editing and mastering. If you would like music added to your book, I charge $50 extra per finished hour if you provide the music and $100 extra per finished hour if I have to source the music. I can produce 30 minutes a day at this rate. If you need it expedited (an hour or more a day), that is an extra $200 per finished hour. I hope to hear from you soon! Thanks, Joshua Nicholson

Hello, I'm a native English voice artist with a clear, neutral accent which can be understood by all, but which I can characterise as necessary. I have recorded audiobooks by authors as diverse as Charles Dickens, H.G. Wells, George Orwell, Alexandre Dumas and several others. My usual rate is $60 per finished hour of recording, so would need to know the number of words in your book to give you a definite price and time-scale for each book. I am very much interested in this project because I always love to read my novels out loud. It brings out the whole story line and the expressions by which the characters may carry. Usually I would charge by hour. However I am willing to complete the project and deliver it in seven days for an overall charge of 400 EUR.
