Need an expert to develop a cloud-enabled sporting coaching web application
N.B：
1) Implement the application under a cloud environment is PREFERED
2) Budge is non-negotiable, but the project scope is adjustable (PLEASE PROPOSE).

Key Compulsory functions:
1. Inbuilt sport pitch template for Field Hockey, would imitate real life pitches/measurements
2. Design and save your own pitching template by being able to choose another template by a searching image online )
3. Inbuilt wide range of sporting formations for teams (e.g. 3-3-4)
4. Be able to input your team into the virtual sports pitch space by entering name into icons (as seen in design template)
5. Be able to track time of a team player on red card and yellow card and alerts you when player is ready to substitute (using a countdown function)
6. Non-functional requirements: Website application
7. Drawing functions onto the pitch (black pen, red pen, rubber)
8. Ensure users can create log ins to save their template/formations
Nice to have (Not compulsory)
9. Personalised avatars for your team
10. Be able to track each players statistics (e.g., total length of play)
11. Be able to track each players total length of substitution time
