Fix Motopress Gallery Formatting

I run a WordPress site that relies on the MotoPress Hotel Booking plugin. After a recent round of image-size optimization and a menu clean-up, the gallery display inside each accommodation listing went out of sync—some rooms still show the grid I set originally, others have odd thumbnails or no gallery at all. What I need now is a full sweep of every single accommodation (there are about ___ listings) to make sure the gallery settings are consistent everywhere. I want one standard layout applied site-wide; however, I’m open to the actual style you think works best. Please walk me through at least two or three options (e.g. grid, slider, masonry) and then implement the chosen one across the board. I already have an email thread with MotoPress support that includes screenshots and their suggested settings. You can follow those or propose a more streamlined alternative, so long as it achieves the same visual result and does not undo any of the recent performance tweaks or the re-structured menu.
