WordPress Homepage Design Replication

I am looking for an experienced WordPress designer/developer to revamp only the Home Page of my existing website with a custom design, strictly based on a reference/sample website that I will provide. The design must be replicated exactly (1:1) with no changes, no creative deviations, and no negotiation on layout, structure, spacing, typography, or visual flow. This phase includes only the homepage; however, if the homepage is delivered successfully and live on my domain, the developer will be considered for a full website revamp. The homepage must be fully responsive (desktop, tablet, mobile), SEO-friendly, fast-loading, and compatible with the latest WordPress version. Clean code, minimal plugins, cross-browser compatibility, and professional execution are mandatory. The final deliverable must be a live homepage, not a staging demo. Only freelancers with proven experience in pixel-perfect WordPress design replication should apply. Agencies, designers seeking creative freedom, or anyone unable to follow strict design instructions should not apply.
