EMI Reminder Web Application

I’m building a web-only subscription platform that lets customers track their EMIs, receive timely nudges, and pay automatically—while giving my internal team the dashboards and analytics we need. Core experience • Customer panel with sign-up / log-in, a clean due-date dashboard, full payment history, promo-code redemption, and in-app support tickets. • Automated reminders delivered through SMS and WhatsApp (no mobile apps for now). • Admin panel to review every customer record, monitor active or expired plans, export reports to Excel, track the volume of support calls made by staff, and manage promo codes. • Dedicated staff panel so callers can log in separately, add notes, mark follow-ups, and see their own performance. • Auto-pay engine that charges customers on the 4th of each month via Razorpay and UPI AutoPay, with room to plug in Cashfree later if we wish. Technical expectations The site must load fast, scale cleanly, stay secure behind role-based log-ins, and render just as well on mobile as it does on desktop. UI clarity is a priority—I’d rather see thoughtful component design than flashy effects. When you respond, please include: 1. A fixed cost broken down by major milestone. 2.
