Green Core Web Vital Optimization

My website needs to move from amber/red to solid green on Google’s Core Web Vitals, starting with Largest Contentful Paint. Right now the hero product images are the bottleneck, so I’m looking for someone who can squeeze every millisecond out of them—whether that means smart compression, modern formats like WebP/AVIF, better sizing, lazy loading, or a combination of CDN and caching tweaks—while still keeping visual quality and conversion-critical features intact. You’ll work directly on the live site (built with a standard PHP/JS stack and supply Lighthouse/PageSpeed Insights reports that prove the LCP score is in the green range on both mobile and desktop. Once LCP is stable, I’d like guidance on the quick wins required to push FID and CLS into the green as well. Deliverables: • Before-and-after performance reports from Google PageSpeed Insights or Lighthouse • A concise changelog of every optimisation applied (theme edits, server settings, plugin swaps, etc.) • Rollback or staging instructions so I can reproduce or revert changes if needed I’m ready to grant FTP, CMS, and hosting panel access as soon as we agree on an approach.
