The project includes both a public-facing marketing website and a private authenticated dashboard, with a complete frontend and backend implementation, database architecture, cloud deployment, security infrastructure, and scalable media storage. The public environment must include a responsive landing page with multiple sections, animated interactions, visual transitions, pricing displays, authentication access points, onboarding entry, and responsive navigation behavior for desktop and mobile. The private environment must include a fully authenticated dashboard with persistent navigation, real-time state handling, dynamic modules, progress indicators, guided workflows, and configurable user states. The frontend must be developed using a modern framework such as React or [login to view URL], with component-based architecture and reusable UI systems aligned to a previously designed Figma interface. The interface contains multiple high-fidelity desktop screens with custom components, visual states, modal interactions, cards, configurable panels, steppers, progress systems, dropdowns, segmented controls, protected states, conditional rendering, multimedia upload interfaces, dynamic forms, and contextual security indicators. The platform requires full responsive adaptation for desktop, tablet, and mobile environments while preserving design consistency and interaction hierarchy. The backend must be developed using a scalable architecture capable of supporting authenticated sessions, dynamic data relationships, conditional execution systems, file management, and future API integrations. The system must expose either RESTful APIs or GraphQL endpoints and support complex business logic involving multi-step workflows, configurable access conditions, rule-based executions, and automated state validations. User sessions must be securely managed using JWT or equivalent token-based authentication systems with encrypted sensitive data and protected endpoints. The platform requires a structured relational or NoSQL database capable of managing interconnected entities such as users, digital assets, contacts, role assignments, access configurations, protocol conditions, multimedia files, user states, notifications, verification systems, and execution logs. Relationships between entities are dynamic and configurable by the user through the interface, meaning the database architecture must support flexible associations and scalable conditional structures. One of the primary modules involves the management of categorized digital assets and uploaded documents. The system must allow users to register different types of assets, define metadata, associate contacts or permissions, configure future actions related to those assets, and manage visual states indicating security levels or configuration status. The asset management system must support CRUD operations, categorized filtering, conditional assignments, and scalable storage structures. Another major module includes a guided multi-step configuration system with persistent state handling. This flow contains multiple sequential stages including assignment systems, activation conditions, security rules, role configurations, access permissions, confirmation states, and final validation summaries. The guided flow is designed as a structured protocol builder, requiring step validation, conditional progression logic, dynamic interface states, editable summaries, and configurable execution conditions. The platform also includes a multimedia management system where users can upload or record video content, associate it with recipients or conditions, and store multimedia files securely in cloud infrastructure. This requires secure file handling, media previews, upload progress states, cloud storage integration (such as AWS S3 or equivalent), and scalable delivery systems for large multimedia content. The system requires advanced security logic beyond standard authentication. Multiple verification layers must be supported, including OTP systems, multi-factor verification flows, conditional validation states, verification delays, configurable confirmation systems, and periodic user validation logic. Certain security configurations vary depending on account permissions or subscription levels, meaning the architecture must support feature gating and dynamic permission handling. Cloud infrastructure is expected to be deployed on scalable providers such as AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Azure. The infrastructure must support secure multimedia storage, database hosting, API deployment, encrypted communication, scalability according to user growth, backups, monitoring systems, and future extensibility. Notification services through email and SMS providers must also be integrated into the system architecture. The project additionally requires implementation of account plans and gated features. Different account levels include differentiated access to features, storage capacities, verification systems, and configuration capabilities. Therefore, the system must support subscription logic, role-based permissions, dynamic UI restrictions, feature locking states, and expandable account configurations. The development scope also includes complete QA and testing processes covering functional testing, interaction validation, security testing, flow consistency testing, responsive behavior testing, and verification of guided user flows. The final deliverables are expected to include fully documented source code, database structure, API documentation, deployment in a staging/testing environment, environment configuration documentation, and maintainable scalable architecture prepared for future production growth.
