On auth: a project selector after sign-in is best handled by scoping the session token to include project access, then routing client-side so switching dashboards requires no re-authentication or refresh. On migration: DMS handles the database side well, but S3 objects aren't DMS's job — those need a separate sync (S3 replication or CLI sync) with checksum verification. Worth planning both paths explicitly so nothing is assumed migrated when it isn't. I'd run the full migration on staging first, validate row counts and integrity, then repeat on production.
