Browse a website offline, track changes

Browse a web site offline in a folder. It will need to be fully browse-able and readable offline without errors. It will be preferable if it has a way to detect changes, and show version changes. In the next project we will want this ability, it doesn't have to be in this one: Display version change by listing the change and a version number by it on the web page.
