Chatbots, twitterbots, data scraping-crawling, automation tasks EXPERT

Hello, I would like to discuss with you about making: twitter bots that would retrieve, process, scrap, share information based on keywords or specific websites, feeds, API, etc...; and ways in which thesebots could speak to other twitter members, make friends and grow their community around specific topics. chatbots and/or twitterbots for marketing-communication for referal links. Sharing referal links hoping that people will subscribe to a channel and be rewarded for that "subscription" in points for example. does this bot requires a data base of e-mail or account or can it be started from scratch and gather his own database or most likely successful lead based on criteria such as "a follows b, then I follow a". in other words, if someone follow a twitter account, let's send him a message or request friendship etc... data scraping youtube videos based on specific keywords and archive thumbnails, link etc to github such as [login to view URL] [login to view URL] a chatbot speaking to a chatbot (botbattle) and ways to record their conversation as an "artistic" project of sort. Could be also live streamed like in [login to view URL] understanding what are the potentials in that area and understanding if based on one opening sentence the conversation would change radically. Could be with time limit, meaning, after an hour the battle ends. Deliverables working autonomousbots (open-access) implementation in different platforms (website, twitter, facebook, instagram, github) I would like to discuss your process and way of collaborating for the 4 different projects involving bbots.
