Attached is email format and fields Only those with prior experience in similar project need apply. ______________________________________________________________ Process Flow Email Received Email to be identified by program based on specific identifiers such as sender and fields contained Data to be exported to google sheets in correct columns Record to be printed in specified format (invoice and ticket in pdf) and stored in google drive folder Important that software is reliable with near zero failure or error. Include Sub Routine to identify errors or failure.

I'll have to add a module to save files into Drive and the subroutine to notify errors, we could use a Discord or Telegram webhook for this. The entire process flow can be done using G Suite APIs. Using API we can poll the incoming messages. If the selection criteria is met, we will extract required fields/attachments and save it in Google Sheet using its API. To generate invoices in PDF format we can use a template and Google drive's export to PDF feature. This can be done using App Scripts and API. As part of my day job, I automate APIs in Python and build API bots. I also automate websites and desktop applications. I have good grasp of writing 'idiomatic Python' code.
