You will first collect contact info., then call them, collect data on the Excel sheet provided in the link below. You must read two pages long job detail in the word document and Excel sheet columns' heading in the link below. You must understand the job detail, think about it before sending out your proposal. All automated proposal without reading those two files will be automatically rejected. You must be able to make ;phone calls to the US land line or cell phone. You must have all tools, Apps, web crawler, auto dialer etc. You must be available between 8 am and 8 pm US Central Time Zone. Project is divided into 10 milestones. For each milestone you will have to populate 100 rows in my excel sheet. Each row correspond to one real estate syndicator/sponsor. You will get paid $25.00 after each milestone. 10 milestones = $250.00. Either party can quit after any milestone. If you finish all 10 milestone then you get additional $100.00 bonus at the end. That will bring the total to $350.00 for the project. You will collect the syndicators/sponsor by Googling, Facebook, and other websites. [login to view URL]
