Simple affiliate website development

I require the following: • A simple site to be designed to sell and review affiliate products, for example bonus-bet [dot] com OR betbonus [dot] [login to view URL] – but with better banner and a few more content pages. • 10 original articles to be written to focus on SEO for 10 provided keywords • Content to be added – easy – just link/copy products and descriptions from affiliate site • Link building – 10 links from PR 4 sites or higher • Standard SEO done for the site. E.g. dynamic page titles and meta tags • Google Sitemap for spider food • Reciprocal links page Required Specifications/Functionality • Develop source code and graphical user interfaces for a simple website. • The site must be W3C (World Wide Web Consortium) standards compliant. • A developed content management system will be required to manage both content and navigational elements along with other site functionality. We need the ability to: o Add our content after you have finished the template, o Add images. o adjust the number of pages needed for each link/tab, o add additional tabs along the top and additional links down the left side. • The proposed system should be developed using PHP Ver 4 or greater and MySQL Ver 4 or greater for deployment on a Linux based server. • A key requirement will be ability to release all project source code and visual content / material solely to our firm. • We require the following information topics to also be persistent links, that is, visible from all pages: Site map, Copyright. • The following basic functionality is needed: bookmark link, forward site to friends, email a link to this page, etc.
