VIRTUAL ASSISTANT & DATA ENTRY for OsCommerce VIRTUAL ASSISTANT Data Entry project. You will be adding new product descriptions and/or transferring some of our eBay or other store product listings/ Descriptions to our Oscomerce and other sites. Approximately 200 –300 or less eBay listing/ Descriptions are to be transferred and entered each month. You should be able to cut & paste much of the content and will not have a lot of re-typing making it easy. Excellent English skills and grammar required. Writing/Copywriting skills PREFERRED as you may be editing or writing some product descriptions as well. This is a monthly task, for 3-6 months paid flat fee per month. We are flexible and can work with your scheduling. Virtual assistant work amount will vary and some months there may be less work/descriptions or very little/no work but we will still pay your same full monthly flat rate. There may he some occasional HTML updates, so you should know basic HTML. We PREFER someone with EXCELLENT writing/copywriting/editing skills and experience, as some of our longer eBay listings/Descriptions will need to be edited and shortened, therefore writer skills are desired. Our product descriptions are rather detailed, so applicant must be detail oriented, neat & good proofreader. Also you may be writing new product descriptions using our descriptions format/templates as a guideline. Applicant must be experienced with OsCommerce and data entry into OsCommerce sites since many of the listings will be input into our Oscomerce site(s) or other commerce sites. We want individuals who have experience entering data in the OsCommerce platform. Most listings are text with 1 product photo (jpg) however a few have 2-3 photos. Must be detailed and organized. All are invited to bid, however we would prefer an individual, to a large outsourcing company. This job is open to providers who are physically located in the USA or Canada who can be reached by telephone and E-Mail during normal business hours. We are looking for economical bids for your monthly flat rate on 0-250-300 descriptions edits, data entry, writing/transfers, keep in mind there MAY be some months with little or no work but you are to be on call. Your flat rate will be a guaranteed PAID MONTHLY retainer regardless of workload. Good Opportunity for additional work. ===================== IMPORTANT ADDITION: The osCommerce platform allows each listing to show 2-3 sizes of the product image including thumbnails, so in most cases our product image may need to be reduced for the smaller or thumbnail size. This is required as part of this project, please take note and be able to do this. Please be advised. A Work and a Non-disclosure agreement are required for all our freelance jobs.
