Build a comparison/review website

We are looking for someone to develop a free bet comparison website who is also a graphic designer that can make the site look great. Please review similar sites prior to bidding: - [login to view URL] - [login to view URL] - [login to view URL] - [login to view URL] Brief details: - A Summary/rating table on landing page that rates each site on up to 5 factors – the order of items in the table can be reordered based on what rating type the user wishes to sort by. - A detailed review page for each site (needs to be easy for us to update this content) - A tips page/blog (content needs to be easy to update on a regular basis) - Integration with twitter so feedback /tweets shown on tip page - A simple way for us to update the Advertising banners (as necessary) that support the sites being compared. - Search engine optimization - Site needs to be compatible with all popular web browsers and mobile devices - Want to be able to track traffic to site Payment: I'll pay you in different Intervals of time the payment while be done in following manner - 10% of the total project cost at startup - 20% after first milestone achieved which is completion of first phase development of this website (i.e. overall website workflow and look & feel of this website ) - 20% after second mile stone (which is designing a initial complete working website) - 20% after third milestone (which is getting this website on front page on Google for more than 10 keywords (e.g. SEO,web Development, phone application development etc) - Remaining 30% will be paid after satisfactory and successful completion of the overall project.
