308329 Built a PTC site (re-posting)

This is reposting of the project cancelled last year. Per a programmers' opinion, we have increased the budget to make sure we have the quality stuff we want. We want a ptc, ptr system, very sure. The bracketed numbers are the number of web-page we expected. (P) and (C) will be given by ourselves. We have a not very good home page. We need the bidder to modify it a little bit if necessary and follow that design to generate all the remaining layouts. We need a copy of the codes and a usage license on the codes. A Sales contact and an NDA need to be signed. All layouts must be in .ai Payment stages: 35% after all designing all layouts, 35% after programming 20% on maintenance finished and, 10% will be paid till completion. Penalty: Subj to the contractual T&C, a full project fee penalty will be incurred if the project cannot be finished in both quality and quantity 1) per stages deadline, 2) at the completion date and 3) with errors incurred a lost to our company. The liability will be bared by the consignee on the Sales contract only. Programmers cannot handle this project independently; a quality designer (both web and non–web) is also need. If you are a designer, form a partnership with the programmer first. If you are a programmer, find someone can help you designing all UI in before placing a bid. At least 3 quality portfolios must be given from the DESIGNER first. We will select the bid based on 1) lump sum 2) certification 2) quality and 4) friendships. We had banned a dishonest freelancer here before. Finally, we wish all of you can survive through this recession.
