Graphic/UI design for turn based, resource management game

I'm building a MMO, turn based, resource management game which takes place in space. I've finished writing most of the back-end code with just a very simple HTML interface on top of it. I need a graphic/UI designer that can create a polished game play interface based on my basic designs which I will implement in HTML/CSS (not flash) What this will include: * Designing a logo for the game * Designing the overall background/layout/menu's for the game * Designing approximately 10 different screens in the game including (turn summary, marketplace, high score list, battles, etc) * Design popup help/message dialogs. * Design will require 40-50 custom icons representing things such as military units, planets, etc. * Designs will be delivered as .PSD files What I am looking for: * A designer who also have a good knowledge of UI design and will be able to think about how players will interact with the game to properly lay out components. * A designer who is passionate about online games themselves, and preferably has played resource management/empire building type games in the past. I want someone who will see this as a fun project, not simply a job to complete. * Strong communication skills as there will be a lot of interaction throughout the design process. * 3D modeling/animation experience maybe a huge plus, even though I'm not looking to incorporate any animation into the initial version of the game I'm looking for someone who can start on the project as soon as bidding ends (1 week from now) and will have enough time to complete it within 1 month. Payment will be done as milestones (logo, background, each screen, etc) You will have access to the functioning prototype of the game throughout the design process.
