Two Logos and One Website Design w/ HTML for Start-Up Company

Need a web designer to design 2 logos (one for company and one for website) and provide website HTML with innovative design to reflect sections in attached prototype with tableless html and CSS compatible with IE 7+, firefox, chrome, and safari! Logo1 - Company Name: Touch of Intelligence (Capital: TOUCH OF INTELLIGENCE). The company represents the touch of intelligence that utilizes information, engineering, and technology to transform ideas into a technologically-advanced, consumer-driven, purpose-efficient solutions. Logo 2 - The website logo: The website name spelled 'etlobli' (capitals: ETLOBLI). The website is for an online ordering website where users may search online for local companies that offer products that users may purchase or services that users may use online. therefore website is for PRODUCTS & SERVICES (anything from electronics, groceries, food, table reservations, request maids, etc.). hence the name, etlobli, meaning 'order/request for me' but in arabic. since it is targetted at the middle east users.
