Build an Online Store

I need a project manager to market a most amazing knife sharpener called the Selectool. I have experience with online marketing, but I want to hire someone to oversee the creation of a web effort to build and convert traffic to sales. I would like a website either in Magento or Wordpress, (I have both currently installed, but am unable to progress past the basic install.) You must have experience not just with website creation, but with marketing as well. Project manager skills are required for this project. (You must act as the general contractor for the goal of generating sales, NOT just building a website and running adwords.) If you do not have a portfolio of existing projects that you have managed from creation to actual sales dollars being achieved, DON'T BID. I will remove your bid instantly if you do not have substantial project management expertise. You must know how to find good contractors who will do a quick and professional job. First class people HIRE first class people. Second class people hire third class people. I want to work with the best. You can be a "one-stop-shop" studio, or work solo. I am interested in experience and creativity over high dollar bids. I equate value with success, and often the best workers are not the ones who show the most money generated, but who have satisfied the most people. I have lots of graphic and video resources. Also, I can write copy to populate the site and marketing efforts. I'm a good driver, I need you to build me a good race car.
