psd to joomla template / joomla expert needed

Hello,
I need a Joomla-Expert ! to convert a psd to a clean joomla template and do the installation work ( of the template and addons, joomla itself is already installed ,) until everything is working and it looks like on the picture ( i need this work done for more websites but this is the first one)
- the website should include a glossary (i think remositary is the best one) .
- which Version? well i guess 1.7 should be fine ?
- you have to create and install the drop down menu.
- the CSS should be commented, so i am able to do some small changes by myself if necessary (e.g. colors )
- since i want to add a sobipro directory later, it would be positive if you know how to handle this , so we can work together again later but this will not be part of this project
- we can talk about more details after bidding ( gmail/msn/ icq)
- if you check the picture you can see the different module positions i need.
- Take a look at the picture to get an idea of what i need, it should look like this
- the code have to be clean,xhtml/css based w3c validate,seo-ready, clean urls, compatible with all major browsers
- the website is in german language
- You have to be a JOOMLA-pro
