Maintenance & updates for existing an website

Updates to [login to view URL] I apologize as I know virtually nothing about the original design and coding. * Homepage: Update rotating images at the top (images provided) * Homepage: remove the "find us on" before "facebook" and "headquartered in Vancouver, BC" * Contact us > request a quote: Add in "how did you hear about us" field * Contact us > request a quote: Make contact number and e-mail address fields mandatory * Contact us > apply online: Make phone number field mandatory * Contact us > apply online: Change "picture" to "photo" * Contact us > apply online: remove mailing address field * Contact us > apply online: contract terms need to be updated (content ready to go live) * * Contact us > apply online: Experience options section to be removed Galleries: We previously were able to edit the galleries but discovered our last web developer didn't properly convert our data base. We want to be able to (as before) go to a log-in page, log in and edit, add, remove and re-order photos and captions as we require daily or weekly photo updates. We also need to be able to add galleries as needed. * FAQ: An updated version is ready to go live * "Terms" section to be added (content is ready to go live) * Font to be changed * Blog tab with "coming soon" to be added * Social media management tab with "coming soon" to be added under "services" * Change footer to say 2014 Would like all changes done by March 24, 2014. We are soon expanding into Europe and will need a similar (if not almost identical) website made in the near future. Looking for a web designer/developer to work with long term for updates and to build new site.
