I am a young neurosurgeon from Romania in need of a site. Due to our poorly developed country, i need the site to say a story of "How to properly reach a neurosurgeon", in an animated way. I need someone who can help me with the animation, the colour code and and with the site itself (i have already bought the domain). The animation should roll when scrolled (kind of the same way as National Geographic site [login to view URL] ) and roll back when scrolled upwards. Exactly like there, on my site should be some text milestones with contact numbers or buttons. The animation should be rather simple (i will attach 2 files taken from freepik to give an idea about the illustration), saying a 10-30s story: A man has a headache, goes to a doctor (the first milestone should be the contact of our neurologist), after that takes an MR scan and needs to see a doctor. Calls a doctor, but his appointment is in a very long time, so he sends the documents (second milestone; they can be animated like a paper plane) to a doctor who calls some friends, have an idea and after that, they meet. This is the third milestone, with the contact number. When swiped left, the animation should go to another screen with an "usual" site, with some text on it. After a while, the site will grow, having a mail, forum, stories about diseases, etc.
