Build me a website

I need a website that has multiple pages hosting products, membership ability, a page with a list of charities and the ability to donate to those charities through the membership account, a page with a list of volunteering opportunities. The volunteer opportunities will display descriptions of the volunteer activity, dates, times, and the ability to sign up to volunteer. A contact page, a home page, an about page. My products on my website will all be free and there is no purchasing of products. The products and services listed on the site can be "claimed by members" but they can't be bought. I need a system that delegates priority to claims to the members that have lost the most consecutive claims previously. Example: member A and member B attempt to claim the same product, member A did not win their claim on the last product, member B did, meaning if there is only 1 of this product to claim then member A would win the claim. However, if member C tries to claim the product as well and member C lost their last 2 claims then member C trumps member A to win the claim. Memberships will cost money to register but a 3 day free trial of becoming a member is an option as well. I have a very rough template created on WIX that I can share with you to help better explain what I am looking for.
