Objective: A dynamic website used to compare prices and discount rates between different supermarket chains. Database: Excel database for the moment. An airtable ([login to view URL]) will be used in the future so as to be able to integrate pictures of products easily. Deliverables : 1. The website will be in French. (An excel file with all the details of the website and wordings to be used in French and with all the explanations in English will be send to you accordingly) 2. Data would be uploaded multiple times a month on the website. 3. PDF files will be uploaded regularly on the website (promotional brochure of supermarkets) 4. We want a modern webpage design and enhanced UX (User Experience). 5. We will provide the domain name and website details accordingly. 6. We would like a colour theme of the website to be as the following link: [login to view URL] 7. The header and footer will be the same for all pages. 8. Search engines will be used throughout the webpages. 9. The website access should be clear and responsive in any devices (PC, tablet, phone) Elements of the website: Homepage with our website name, the logo, an icon linked to our facebook page, our email address, phone number, a store locator page, the 2 web pages linked to price comparison, a linked page where we can view or download scanned promotional catalogues, the advertisement area (paid promotion), a subscription to our website option, a “About us” page and our terms and conditions. Details of each element will be provided to you. Other Scope of Work : 1. After handover of assignments, our company should have admin rights on the website with all relevant credentials given. 2. A User Guide how to upload data or modify some components of the website is a must as we will be uploading data often. 3. Possibilities of enhancement/ add other features of the website in future. 4. We would be grateful if you could send us links of at least 2 websites you developed. 5. We are looking forward to a collaboration more than a one-off assignment, we would wish to be able to contact you in case we want to modify certain components or add new features to the website and assist us any day with our queries. In exchange of a monthly fee of 50 USD. 6. We are looking forward to work with someone reliable and trustworthy.
