Gizmote landing and content display page

We are looking for someone to help us develop a landing page once our mobile App (Android based) for our mobile app. The page needs to be responsive. We currently have a page to receive sign-ups ([login to view URL]) but it needs a complete overhaul of the website once app launches on the play store. We would like to use a different design. At a high level, the requirements are: - A single front page with the following sections: * Overview - contains the title, app description, a couple of screenshots of the app wrapped in device art work (one phone and one tablet perhaps), a button pointing to the playstore to download the app, links in smaller size characters to the EULA and permissions page * About Us that will contain details about the team and the product *Contact - contains 2 subsections side-by-side. One is Contact Us that will contain button to send email, connect via FB and Twitter. The 2nd sub-section will allow the visitor to spread the word via FB and Twitter ("Share on Facebook" and "Tweet Us") Besides the landing page, we also have a page whereby users of the app can view their content. We want to use the same design as for the landing page (color etc.) but this one will be just with one section containing the following info: - Header at the top - Statement such as "Not a Gizmote user? Feel free to try us out at: <link to playstore>" - Actual content to be played back - A link to Facebook and Twitter Our logo font is Berlin Sans FB and you could use that for the titles but not required.
