Long Term WP Admin Needed

I am looking for someone I can rely on to help manage my WordPress site. I will require small edits, updates, maintenance, and design changes from time to time. Some weeks it may require 10 hours, some weeks no hours and some weeks two hours. It will be sporadic but it will be long term. I'm in a growth phase in my business (I am an Executive Coach) and I want someone who can stay with me long term. Thanks/
