1- Home Screen: Contains user options such as:

a. Adding / modifying car data Delete a car

b. Car maintenance / repair request Adding / modifying the name of the workshop

c. Deleting - Adding / modifying car data

i. Delete a car: Delete the entire record or its inactive status by choosing: Sale Scraping Car maintenance / repair request:

2- Requests for repair: The repair request according to the invoices and the vehicle number, the date of the request, the name of the person submitting the request and all that is related to the repair process is recorded in it. This system allows all repair requests to be archived and it is allowed to search for them through the application number, employee name or car number. The technician accepts and provides information about the accident, if any. The system user also makes sure that there is a description of the problem before repair. The repair request is effective in the system until the car is repaired and the bills are paid After that, the request is archived.

3- System Reports: A technical report can be extracted on this car through previous visits containing the implemented repairs and their dates. A report can be issued on the work of each workshop we deal with during a period and all the daily and monthly works that have been done for the cars: Examples of reports: The number of cars that have been repaired by the workshops we deal with during a certain period The number of unimplemented repair requests, organized according to the reasons The number of reforms implemented according to the agenda and during a specific period A report on faults made for a specific type of vehicle Detecting actions performed through repairs A disclosure of the work of each technician separately during a certain period A disclosure of the car numbers that have had a specific malfunction Report on specific vehicle materials if you have similar previous projects, please provide the link. otherwise, don't waste your time talking to me. later stage will be linking the program to an existing erp next database ..

h. Company / Department

i. Assigned Driver Name English:

j. Assigned Driver Name Arabic

k. Driver’s ID / Iqama Number: numbers of 10 digits

l. Vehicle Registration Validity (Date in Gregorian and Hijri)

m. Motor Vehicle Periodic Inspection (MVPI) Validity date: Date in Gregorian and Hijri

n. Insurance Company Name: text

o. Insurance Validity (Date in Gregorian and Hijri)
